All Inspections include a 90 day warranty and are available Monday thru Saturday (Sundays and Holidays add a $35 Holiday surcharge); same day inspections first come/first serve. Contact us we answer the phone 7 days a week!

We do property inspections in Jefferson, Walker, Winston, Cullman Blount, Shelby, Talladega, St. Clair, Etowah and Tuscaloosa counties.
Standard Home Inspection Prices:
*Travel charges apply for some areas
*All standard Home Inspections include a 90 day limited warranty.
*There is a 10% upcharge for pre 1960
construction and a 20% upcharge for pre 1950 construction.
*There is a 5% upcharge for paypal and credit card users.
*.10 cents per additional square foot over 7000 square feet.
