All Inspections include a 90 day warranty and are available Monday thru Saturday (Sundays and Holidays add a $35 Holiday surcharge); same day inspections first come/first serve. Contact us we answer the phone 7 days a week!
Remember, price should only be one consideration when shopping for a Home Inspection. Alabama House Whisperer encourages you to consider quality; ask questions, check if the inspector is Certified (CRI), check for a Home Warranty, do your research, read reviews and remember: you get what you pay for.
We do property inspections in Jefferson, Walker, Winston, Cullman, Blount, Shelby, Talladega, St. Clair, Etowah and Tuscaloosa counties.
Standard Home Inspection Prices:
*Travel charges apply for some areas
*All standard Home Inspections include a 90 day limited warranty.
*There is a 10% upcharge for houses 50-75 years old;
a 15% upcharge for houses 75-120 years old.
and a 25% upcharge for houses 120+ years old
*There is a 6% upcharge for paypal and credit card users.
*.10 cents per additional square foot over 6000 square feet.
