Posted by JPTaylor:  We had Mike Yielding come and inspect a house we are in the process of purchasing.  He was there for around 3 hours.  He was very professional and informative on what he found.  He tested things I would have never thought and as a result has saved us a ton of money and time that we would have had to spend.  He walked me through and explained what he found and gave suggestions as to what could be done about it.  As to whether or not I would choose him again:  Without a doubt if this contract falls through I will definitely be calling him again.  Thank you once again Mike Yielding.

Posted by 2leemel:  We had a company inspect the home we hope to purchase.  Michael was very professional, very thorough, and very informative.  He did not stand around talking while working.  He completed the inspection on every level-inside and outside.  He then discussed what he found with my husband and me.  He gave us notes he made, discussed what we needed to keep a watch on, what needed to be done before buying the house, and gave his honest opinions.  He literally did not leave a stone unturned.  I was very grateful for the insight and the professionalism shown by this company and Mr. Yielding.

Posted by tamala23:  When the inspector came to the house he took his time and inspected everything.  The last home inspector I had before him spent  one hour in the house and didn't do anything!!  I was very surprised  at the thorough job he did and how much he knew.  If I were to recommend anyone  to do a home inspection it  would be Mike Yielding (The House Whisperer).  He was great!!!

Posted by ladybug12345:  I was in the process of purchasing a newly built home and I needed an inspection for peace of  mind.  I was reluctant since the house was brand new.  But after speaking with Mike, he informed me that newly built homes with numerous  contractors should always be inspected.  He was pleasant, professional and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained things in detail and answered all my questions.  He found an unexpected problem with a new heating/cooling unit.  I  am extremely pleased with my decision to hire Mike and would highly recommend his services.

Posted by mitcms01:  We had a great experience with our home inspection.  The inspector, Mike Yielding, was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the specific deficiencies that our house had.  He was able to recommend improvement projects that were not necessary but would be helpful.  While recommending these projects he DID NOT offer himself or any of his friends to do the improvement work (which would have been a huge red flag for soliciting contracting business).  Overall, we are very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to our friends.
